The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service together with the K&C Christmas Collective have published a leaflet on how to look after yourself during the holiday season.
The K&C Christmas Collective is a partnership of local community organisations and local people who are coordinating support and activities for K&C residents during the Christmas period.
Christmas can be a tough time of year for many people, and this year maybe even more so because of covid-19 and the changes it’s brought.
The leaflet offers guidance on how people can look after their wellbeing and where to get support if they need it.
