When you are ready to start improving or need extra support along your improvement Journey, the IHI Open School is here with a range of online courses to help you and your team achieve your aim.

As well as developing your skills to run a QI project and utilise the power of team work, you can earn certificates in Quality Improvement.

Start your QI training by completing the Improvement Capability Modules QI101 – QI105. Complete the additional module ‘Q201: Planning for Spread’ to receive your certificate in Quality Improvement.

Keep in mind it takes approximately 80 minutes to complete an entire module.
