Our Hillingdon Diabetes Team created a poster showing how they’ve made significant changes to their service in response to Covid-19 pressures.
The poster was shown during our Safety Day Conversation held virtually on Zoom (16 November), and provided details on how the service created a single point of contact to help support patients during the pandemic.
World Diabetes Day was held on 14 November this year, and we have a Diabetes Team across the Trust that help promote and improve patient safety for patients living with diabetes.
