Neil Harman joins the Trust as our new Charity Development Director, having previously led fundraising campaigns and teams at the National Trust, Prospect Hospice, Thames Hospice, Thames Valley Air Ambulance and Peace Hospice Care over the past 18 years.
He is a passionate about fundraising in a healthcare setting and about an ‘audience first’ approach when fundraising. He also holds a voluntary role as Treasurer for the Chartered Institute of Fundraising Health Special Interest Group.
Neil said:
“I’m looking forward to developing the CNWL Charity, in line with the charities strategic plan and setting the priorities for accessing charitable funding. Whilst also developing an engaging plan of fundraising activities for the CNWL community as a whole to get involved in to support the charity. Everything is an opportunity, please reach out if you wish to discuss a fundraising idea.”
Neil lives in Swindon with his partner and two children.
