From Wednesday 6 April 2022, South Kensington and Chelsea Home Treatment Rapid Response Team will be changing its telephone number to 0203 838 7899.

This change is part of our move onto Skype and away from existing telephone systems. If you call the old number you will hear a recorded message (for the next few months) letting you know the new number.
