Christine Herdman has won the prestigious Data Rising Star Award at the  2025 Corndel Data-Driven Leaders Awards.

Christine has made a remarkable impact in data and analytics within CNWL, revolutionising how teams leverage information to enhance patient care. Since moving from her role in Community Nursing Service Performance & Transformation to her position as Data Quality Support Manager in the Diggory Division, she has led the way in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, empowering teams with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to harness data effectively.

Christine has demonstrated exceptional leadership in data and analytics, significantly contributing to data quality improvement and service efficiency. From leading game-changing workshops to boosting data confidence across services, Christine has created a lasting impact. Thanks to her efforts, frontline teams are proactively managing patient waiting times, improving data accuracy, and making smarter decisions based on insights that matter.
