There are two weeks left of the annual national survey on people’s experiences of using community mental health services. It closes on 28 November and people who have used our services in the last few months will have been invited to take part and give feedback on their experience in our care.
The survey is confidential, carried out by the Care Quality Commission, the regulator for healthcare services.
Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your contact details (name and postal address) will be used by researchers to carry out the survey.
Thanks to previous feedback, we have changed our clinical approach so that patients have more control over care plans. We have made it easier for people to access advice on finance, employment and physical health and we are doing more to involve carers and families.
