David Gedze, CNWL’s Learning Disabilities Service Director writes:

Ghada Karkotli started in this new post on Tuesday 3 January. She will be reporting to me, but is based in the Jameson Nursing Directorate Team. Her role is Trustwide and will include driving the equality of access agenda, including re-establishing the LD champions network. The role also includes direct clinical work, research and training. Welcome Ghada!

Ghada says:

“I am very much looking forward to supporting the Trust with driving the equality of Access Agenda, including re-establishing LD champions across the Trust beside my clinical work, research and training. I can’t wait to meet as many colleagues across the trust as possible, I am really excited with this new opportunity.”

“I am a  learning disability nurse with 14 years of management and leadership in NHS, private and voluntary sectors.”

“I live in South East London, and have two grown up sons, one with law degree working in the NHS as an IT analyst and the other with a Computer Science degree working as Programme Developer and Performance.”

“My hobbies? travel, eating out and expanding my knowledge of culture and people from around the world.”
