Psilocybin is the main active component in so-called ‘magic mushrooms’. This clinical trial will test the potential of a psilocybin as a treatment for restrictive type anorexia nervosa. For more information, please visit the Imperial College London website.

The DAISIES clinical trial aims to compare the effectiveness of two different intensive treatments for severe anorexia nervosa: Inpatient Treatment as Usual and a Stepped-Care Day Treatment. For more information, please visit the Beat Eating Disorders website.

This study investigates whether virtual reality may help to reduce food-related fears in people with anorexia nervosa.
