Charlotte Bailey, Director of People and Organisation Development, joined the Trust three months ago. Since her joining, she has worked closely with staff members to deliver the People Plan.
She talks about how co-production for our People Plan and working with staff and the staff networks is important.
She said: “My role as director of people and organisational development is about our workforce and coproduction. I’ve been working hard to gain as many views as I can to understand what the staff in our organisation want as the priorities moving forward.”
